Is there a monthly subscription?

No. Management companies, landlords and contractors pay a percentage on rent or invoices processed. The only recurring charge is $9 per month per listing that stays vacant beyond 60 days.

What does white-glove migration include?

For management companies, our team imports your units, tenants, leases, ledgers and open work orders from your current tools and reconciles the books with you before go-live. It is free.

Do renters pay anything?

Paying rent from a bank account is free. Applications, the marketplace and rent reporting are free as well.

Are there brokerage fees on listings?

No. Seanors charges no brokerage fees to landlords, managers or renters.
