Pricing
What does Seanors cost?
1.5% per rent payment for management companies, 2% for independent landlords, and 4% on what contractors invoice. Listings are free for 60 days, then $9 per month while vacant. There are no subscriptions and no brokerage fees.
Do renters pay?
No. Paying rent from a bank account, applying and rent reporting are free.
Is migration really free?
Yes, for management companies: white-glove migration of units, tenants, leases, ledgers and open work orders.
Product
What replaces what?
Seanors replaces a listings tool, screening vendor, e-signature subscription, payments processor, accounting package, maintenance app, compliance spreadsheet and group chat with one system.
Does the mobile app do everything?
Yes. The iOS and Android apps carry the whole product, not a companion version.
Does it handle NYC Local Law 97?
Yes. Compliance tracking includes Local Law 97 deadlines and documents on the building record.
Is there voice and video calling?
Yes, built into messaging and attached to the unit the conversation concerns.
Contractors and research
How is sales tax calculated?
Per invoice line, from the job site's own address, with labour, materials and improvements classified separately.
Can contractors use Seanors for their own clients?
Yes. It is a complete field business, and marketplace jobs from Seanors managers arrive alongside your own work.
Where does the rent data come from?
From live listings, aggregated per city and neighborhood, with no personal data in it. The dataset is free to download.
Is the legal library legal advice?
No. Answers are plain-English summaries composed from and citing the statute, for general information.
